Sophie Meets Her California Family
When we walked into my brother’s family’s house in So Cal, it was barely-controlled chaos:
My Bro: “DUUUUUUDE! It’s the Soph-ster! Come here little Soph-ster!”
Seth (7 yrs old): “Mom! Sophie’s here! Can we touch her?”
Channing (5 yrs old): “Hi Aunt Sis, wanna play Legos with me?”
Chase (3 yrs old): “Sophie’s so cute!” (as he pats her on the head)
Gina: “GIVE ME THAT BABY!”
Drew (18 months): “ bah bah goo goo!” (drools)
And so the fun began!
Sophie was the center of the universe as the boys competed to hold her, pat her, kiss her, and show her their toys. Soenke and I took a much-appreciated break as my bro and sis-in-law took charge and kept Sophie happy. I checked out the fridge and drank all their tropical iced tea and Diet Coke. It was heaven.
Gina’s folks came over for the fun as well, but somehow escaped being photographed.

Those are all such adorable pictures, and the picture of Sophie and Grandma I dont think anymore pink could of been added to that picture
